working in H1B and part time school?

Hi: Posted this question in another thread but am posting it here as well.

I have 2 questions:

1. I am currently working on an H1B (I485 pending) and am contemplating attending law school part time. My question is, is there a problem in the eyes of INS if I work full time on H1B and attend school?

2. I am about to apply for my H1B extension. In the meantime, my job title and job description have changed significantly as I moved to a different dept within the company. can this be a problem?

1. PT school is no problem
2. With appropriate LCA to back up , it should not be a problem.
