Working in Canada but want to apply for US tourist Visa

Hi all,

I am not a Canadian citizen but currently working in Canada (under working visa valid for 6 months - single entry).

I want to apply for US tourist visa... what's the probability of being approved by the US embassy?

I got approved B1/B2 US visa

hi guys!

Just want to inform you that I got approved a B1/B2 US visa valid for 10 years I applied in Vancouver, Canada though its not my country of origin. I just showed my certificate of employment and Canada work permit.

What mattered was the fact that Canada is your country of current residence. Congrats!!!

"A single entry visa allows you to enter Canada only once. If you have a valid USA visa and are visiting the USA on your trip to Canada, the visa may also be used for repeated entries into Canada from the USA within the time allowed for your stay in Canada.
