work visa with US assoc degree?

hi all,
I hope someone can help with this question. My husband completed 3-years of coursework majoring in architecture from a university in Korea. Then he came to US and changed his major to computer science. Last semester he got his Associate degree in CS, and wants to take a break from school. He is on H4 now and wants to start working. I know that you need at least a Bachelor's to qualify for H1B, but is there another work visa he can apply for?

Get his educational credential evaluated with www.wes.org. 3 yrs Korean degree+ Associate degree may be eligible for H1.

Actually, my husband did not finish his bachelor's in korea, he just completed 3 out of 4 years. Do you also think he can still qualify for H1?
