Hello, Guys:
I had a working opportunity to work in Hong Kong, which is of course outside of the US. I may be back to the US once every two months. However the total length I spent outside the US will be 70% + per every calendar year.
What should I do if I want to keep my residency for Naturalization purpose? I have been thinking about filing Form N-470. However I will not stay abroad for any time longer than 2 months. N-470 is for people who will have to stay outside US for more than one year. Plus another dilemma is that I have not stayed in the US for any one uninterrupted one year, which may make me disqualified for filing N-470.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance.
