I'm hoping someone can help me with the following problem:
I have an EAD card that is valid till the middle of August. My company will file my H-1 in May with premium processing. Hoping that my H-1 is approved, my company wants me to start working in July. Since my EAD expires in the middle of august, can i continue working till October on my expired EAD? I need to be able to cover the approximate 1.5 months.
if i cannot work during that time on this EAD, can anyone recomend any other solution
