Hi,

I had two questions

1. Can I work for two employers simultaneously if I have H1 from both companies?

2. If so, can I work full time for one employer and part time for second employer (20 hrs / week)?

3. Does H1 have any requirement of full-time work or does it allow part-time work?

1. Yes, as long as there are no contractual problems (not an immigration problem though)
2. Yes, that is the practical solution.
3. Part time H1 (10-30 hrs per week) are allowed
