Can i work for 2 employers on h1b ;

That is can i get paid both by H1B sponsoring company and the other company who has my h1b transferred to them
 
Theoritically yes

as long as you do not violate any contractual obligations. However if you use a h1 transfer to start working for company B, then your company A h1B is generally no longer valid...
 
I guess you can have a concurrent H1. Work for one employer on full-time and other on part-time. I am not an expert. Jaxen, what's your opinion.
 
Work for 2 employers on H-1B

H-1B nonimmigrant workers may be employed by several employers concurrently. Please note, if you are in H-1B status with one employer, and want to continue working for this employer, while commencing new employment for a second employer simultaneously, the second employer must file an I-129 petition with INS in order to get permission for this employment.
