Wonder what is the policy of the DV program on homosexual couples?

Well, I'm not the best to answer this question due to I have only lived in my city :S. My country is not the best place for this kind of opportunities. As an engineer i can say engineering jobs here are just programming or consulting (but bad consultancy). I think finance sector would be better.

In Europe coutries with same opportunities like US would be Germany and England. But you know that, till now, US was the first in all. We will see what happen after this time.

I think Germany is a very nice country to try what you want. I have friend living there and they say that it's a very good place to raise (and to have a good salary) ;)
 
Do you know anything about asking for a "Work permit" for your wife while you wait for your case current
 
I answer myself: AOS is when you can apply for work permit, and the waiting for AOS is the 5-6 years period.
