won in Asia .. want interview in Africa .. which bulletin then??

as the title clearly says.

if I won the lottery as my birth country is an Asian country .. ie: (CN# 2020AS57***)

but i stated in my DS260 that i wanted my interview to be in a consulate in an African country where i currently reside.

then, which bulletin should i follow now to pre-anticipate my interview's appointment?
the Asian one where i originally won from (but remember i'm not going to interview there)
or the African one where i want to be interviewed (but my CN isn't an AF .. it is AS!!!)

Interview date will be based on your CN becoming current within the AS region, regardless of where the interview will be taking place.
