Hello! I am studying abroad in Sydney. I am an LPR and before I came to Sydney, I got a Reentry permit. On the Reentry Permit application, I said that my course is only 1 year (Jan. 2006 - Dec. 2006). My Reentry Permit is valid from Jan 31, 2006 - Jan 31, 2008.
It is now Oct 2006 and I am planning to take another course and stay another semester (staying until June/July 2006). Now, my question is, will I have to tell the USCIS that I am staying longer, or do I even have to bother with that because the Reentry Permit is still valid? Will I have to fill out another form and tell them that I am staying another semester? Pls help! Thanks very much!
