Within how many days should I start to work after getting my H1b visa?

Hi,

I just got my H1b visa approved. However, my company isn't doing good right now and they want me to wait until they get their fund before enter US and start to work.

Does anyone know within how many days do I have to start working once I enter US? Someone said that I have to start the employment within 30 days once I enter US or else my H1b visa will be invalid, is that true? Because I got another answer saying that there's no such restriction. I'm really confused about that.

--- Wait out side and when employer calls you to US they should provide you letter
