Hi! I’m planning on asking to withdraw my N400 petition. I went to the interview and got a letter requesting more evidence from 2012. Some of it I have, but most - I don't. So I plan on withdrawing now and resubmitting again when the 2012 is no longer is the 5 year scope.
Has anyone had experience with withdrawing after being asked to submit evidence? Did USCIS withdraw without the case prejudice? If you re-applied - do they keep asking you about the withdrawn petition?
