Hi,
My LC will be filed in Wisconsin SESA ( on 11/17/2003) under RIR.
I am adding this info to this thread .Also updating the info in EXcel.
I did not see any separate thread for Wisconsin.

I am going to file my case as RIR in wisconsin in the following couple of days...Happy to see a thread started for Wisconsin

Hello People.

Just received a call from the HR dept.
They have received a letter from the Wisconsin SESA stating that my application has been approved and sent to Chicago DOL. I am assuming the date is 11/22

it is good to see that your LC has been forwarded to DOL within 3 weeks.
Hope you will get approval from DOL within 2 months.

I have applied for labour certification in Wisconsin on Dec 8th... Hoping to be certified before the holiday's drag on .. Good luck to all who have been already certified in Chicago DOL
 
SESA Phone Number

Does anyone know the phone number of Wisconsin SESA? How do we know that our labor is approved?

Do you get any number when filed a labor at SESA. My company says that there will be no number assigned when applied labor.

My lawyer says they don't issue a case number in SESA, however once it goes to DOL it's issued a number

Thanks for your reply. Do you know what date they are processing the applications mine is November'18th. Do you know any number where i can check to see my status.

That is not true.
WI SESA does issue a case number and sends out a letter to your employer with the case number.
When my Labor was filled we did receive a letter from WI SESA stating that the case had been received , date stamped and the case number.
My lawyers claimed to ahve filed in early - mid Oct. SESA dated adn time stamped it Nov 4th. My company received a letter with the case number around Nobv 12th.
