If I485 case is xfered to local office and the last status of case is

"
We have xfered your case to local district office etc, they have jurisdiction over your case etc.
"
Will online status change after approval (assuming someone is not approved during interview)?

Thanks

I don't think so -- the VSC no longer keeps track of transferred cases as far as I know (you can go back to 2001 cases and still see that there are 40+% of cases with transferred status).

Yes, this is part of the disadvantage of being transferred -- it's much harder to get an idea of when your case might be processed. This, plus the fact that depending on where your local office is, the transfer can add months / years to the time it takes to get approved :(.
