Will postponing my biometrics delay my interview date/approval?

Fair enough. I will me mailing my N400 soon, i am just waiting for my FOIA reply by the CBP for the number of days i spent in Canada. I have no track record of it. So to be on the safer side i FOIA my record. Hopefully i get some information from it.
You should be able to at least tell what month and year you went and for about how long. For example, if you where in Canada for about 4 days sometime in summer 2007, you can indicate June/07-4 days on application. As long as your travel time does not interfere with physical presence or continuous residency requirement you will be fine. They won't deny if you answered the wrong month you went to Canada.

Well, i did had trips to Canada which didn't lasted more than 2-4 days. Since i had work and School, i didn't had much time in between to visit my family.
@Bobsymth - Yeah, i am closer to Duluth,MN. I think its a 2 Hour drive or so. I don't mind going for an interview to Detroit, i just don't want to go for FP all the way to Detroit. So cross my fingers, hopefully they allow me to go to Duluth.
But my main worries was the Voting registration and the trip to Canada. One is solved ( Thanks to all of you) and i'll wait for the other one.

If you choose the FOIA CBP route for your travel dates, just be prepared for a long wait. FOIA requests get notoriously backlogged and delayed when it come to DHS.

Yeah, i have heard stories about CBP's FOIA division. I just mailed the forms last Thursday, so the time frame they have to reply back is in 20 days. I made my FOIA request specific by giving them the port of entry/exit and the time frame of 5 years. Hope that would help them process it faster.
