Will No Show for F1 visa affect H1b visa ?

Hi ,
I am from india, i had plans for PG in USA 6 months and applied for F1 Visa . But due to personal reasons, i had to drop the plan and i stayed back without attending visa interview. so , i didnt attend my F1 Visa. Right now my employer has filed my H1b visa and the same has been approved by Authorities and i have my Personal Appearance pending on 9th Feb. I want to know that my history of not attending the F1 visa will have any effect on the officer asking questions for me during my H1b interview.

Attend the H1 visa stamping interview and if they ask about F1 Interview not attending then provide the reason to them.
