Will my situation affect my case ? please help

hi everyone,

im now overseas and i have(n-400 ) interview apointment on may 14 2010 . i will be in the state on may 7th 2010 ....

i have travlled four times since may 2009 all short trips only one trip was 5 months the others was 2 weeks . 5 weeks ,8 weeks .

theproblem that i have to be back to my home country on june 10th ( very important ) so if i get approved at the interview can i get same day oath so i can apply for US passport and travel on time ?

my DO is philladelphia ( any body know when is oath ceremony for that office )

You can still travel back to your home country between interview and oath in the instance that you don't get same day oath.Just tell the IO at interview to schedule your oath until after your return, provided it isn't more than a few months.
