Want to file AOS ASAP. But it's too rush to be married and get spouse's documents ready by the end of June. If file spouse's AOS two months later than Main Applicant's, will it delay Main Applicant's processing speed?

It shouldn't. If anything, there's a risk that the dependent won't be approved until after the primary, if USCIS doesn't put the two files together.

but spouse relies on primary's application, right?
And without primary's case approval, spouse's won't be approved, is that true?

Yes it's true, but that wasn't your original question. You asked whether filing a derivative I-485 will delay your primary I-485, and the answer is most likely "no". But if yours is delayed for whatever reason, then the derivative applicant will consequently be delayed also.
