Will it affect the green card application with 1-131 advance parole at the same time?

since I don't have right to find a job until I get my green card, I intend to visit parents (my own country) for a month during my green card application. I wonder that what's effect if applying for green card with 1-131? can it happen that you are informed for the interview during the time that you just travel back home? what can you do then?
 
You are misinformed about the ability to work. You can get work authorization while you wait for your greencard. EAD can take 2 to 3 months (sometimes longer). What is the basis for filing for adjustment of status? Who filed a petition for you?

When one files an I-485 they also are eligible to file for "interim benefits" the I-131 is for Advance Parole but is only useful if one has NO "Unlawful Presence" (more than 180 days stay after overstaying a visa before filing for adjustment) AND and I-765 for an EAD (work authorization). The (c)(9) EAD will now be issued as a combined EAD/AP card when you file both forms. BOTH forms are included in the I-485 filing fee.
