Will I get a multiple entry H1B visa as a Canadian PR from China?

Hi guys,

Can you please tell me what kind of H1B visa will they give to a Canadian PR who is a Chinese passport holder? Somebody told me that I can only get a 2 entries over 3 months because of the Chinese passport. However, I found one message here who obtained a multiple entry visa. Is there anybody else get the multiple entry visa? Thanks soooo much for your information.
 
H1 visa is a multiple entry visa usually during the period of approval.

Thank you. But why people says the restriction of re-entry problem for H1B visa for those passport holder of Chinese and some other country? And they said because of the reciprocity agreement between the U.S. and China, I would only be able to obtain a H visa for 2 entries with a validity of 3 months. I am just confused and afraid of that, cause I really need to travel back to Canada a lot. Thanks.
