Will Asia become CURRENT in next month's Visa Bulletin?

U can contact KCC as many times as u wish to, but KCC have led us known that interview dates will be scheduled 6-8 working days
after the release of every bulletin. However there's no harm in trying/calling.

I never been happy like this in all my life as I wished my interview in the first week of september I don't know how to thank you all in this fourm, really I am happy :) :)

Nice to know u already have a date, that was so fast. It's left for u to go do what u have to do in terms of preparation and we all are waiting to receive the breaking news live on air comes september.....Best of luck
 
no my Friend on the 4th of Sept and its saturday, and I work in Riyadh so in my area Saturday is not off here, and America embassy is open on Saturday here I checked there website, and also I confirmed it again by KCC, so Happy
 
C. ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF THE DIVERSITY (DV) IMMIGRANT CATEGORY RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN SEPTEMBER

For September, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2010 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:
Region All DV Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed Separately

AFRICA CURRENT

Except:
Ethiopia: 26,350
ASIA CURRENT
EUROPE CURRENT
NORTH AMERICA (BAHAMAS) CURRENT
OCEANIA CURRENT
SOUTH AMERICA, and the CARIBBEAN CURRENT

Now In get you very well. I tried calling KCC yesterday but I couldn't get through. I kept on waiting for the next available agent but my phone was not picked.

Actually I didn't call them I contact them by e_mail twice, and they replay me very fast which surprise me, maybe my area is not busy consulate area I think that the reason they replay me fast, don't worry you will get your interview date soon maybe today :)
 
I do not thing the people of Asian countries can applied in this visa lottery scheme and think its too difficult to includes the Asia in this program.
 
Fo those who have obtained Police certificate from Japan, I have a question.
I applied for my certificate of criminal record on 9th July in Osaka and picked it today (16th July). The certificate was sealed in an envelop and I was told not to open it.The embassy would open it. I was wondering why the police did that. I know I have no any criminal record and have never appeared before a police man before. However I'm just worried about the policeman's unprofessional conduct because I asked him the result of the search and he didn't give any answer.
Fo those who have gone through the proces,When you applied for police cert, did you have it sealed in the envelope?just share with me your experience.
 
Guys I was told by KCC that my interview is in Aug 11 and my 2nd letter was posted on 21 June. But I checked the post office here in Nme does it tepal but the letter has not arrived till now.How much take for the NL to come.

Please contact KCC by email to send the information to you as PDF.
Do that ASAP. By now you should have received your 2NL.

Do as the previous poster said. U should have receive it by now. U have little time so contact KCC asap

Hi Oliseh,

Interesting...I too got police report but from embassy of Japan in US and they have given me the same mysterious Police report with instruction not to open it. I can't understand why they will do that. But as you are in Japan you must know how dictating the system could be sometimes. Hope they did not screw up our report.
 
well guys that make laughts dont be worry, but I was confused because I make 3 police reports from 3 different countries and all of them are open to read, and thats the way I think every where, you dont have to be worry guys, you will be fine
