Wife's EAD problem

Hi everyone,

I had successfully applied for EAD for my wife when I was on L1(she on L2) but due to demerger of my company I had to go for H1B(xfered from L1 to H1B). As a result of this her EAD extension got denied.

Now Iam in the process of filing my I-485, I would also like to file and EAD for her.

Will there be any problems due the earlier denial.

Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

Shouldn't be. She wasn't eligible before, but she is now.
