Wife Deported, can I deduct her Legal Fees?

My wife was arrested and deported in March. Does anyone know if I can deduct the ridiculous legal fees associated with trying to keep her in the country? If so, where? In miscellaneous deductions?

No, U cannot deduct it. it's a legal service for Your personal needs and not for business. unless U were her employer then u can prove that your company really needed her thats why u spent all that money
