Why were there winners from 2 days if each day had more than 500k entry? Let me explain

let me explain.

first DOS said the computer program HAD an error, not all part wERE non functional, just one part.

so why were people chosen from 5th and 6th, if we got 500,000 people registering a day?

here is why

when the program started selecting, it started selecting with NOOO randomness what sooo ever, meaning it was picking names by FIRST REGISTERED FIRST PICKED BASIS( not random) BUT what happens was some parts of the program where functional, so when a country was reaching its limit of 7k selectees, the program would dumb the rest from that country and move on to the next country AGAIN SELECTING FIRST REGISTERED FIRST PICKED from the new country.

for example if bana republic gave 2 million entries the first day, the program would choose the first 7k who registered from that country and dump the rest of the two million THATS WHY WE HAVE WINNERS FROM 2 DAYS PEOPLE

THE SELECTION WAS NOT RANDOM MOVE ON

according to you explanation , there should be no selection from 6th in any country until all the 5th is got selected (within the required number form each country) , how u can explain that some within the same country who applied on the 5 th and they r not selected while some of 6th applied and got selected and all from the same country

now do you have the data to prove that? even 2 people would do, bring any two people from the same country one applied on 5th not selected, 2nd on 6th selected and u can void my theory
 
what do you mean by data ? i know 2 people for a fact am not saying this out of my imagination .......i said it coz i know some .....am so sorry that your theory is not right ...
 
lol why are you sorry, you haven't eliminated the theory yet...because it possible, the guy who applied on the 5th had a disqualified entry for ANY REASON (pictures, double entry...etc) so I really stand buy this theory cause once it's proven wrong, then the lottery was random in some areas then

can you please check if the guy received an email from state department saying he had a qualified entry?
 
how do you explain winners from later dates? I know some people form 19th and 21st but still got selected. I also know people personally from 5th not selected and others from 6th selected (all these from my country)
and again how do you explain couples registering within minutes on the same day but only one got selected?

I like how everybody thinks he knows better than the people in charge of the program. DOS has admitted and explained what happened already, now you and are trying to prove they lied ? But you can't possibly know that. And read the declaration. 2% were moved to a different database or something like that, that's how they got selected on other days.
 
@USAnDream you are right man.some people here thinks that they are better than DOS to have selected the winners successfully,but still dont know why they here.A simple speech from DOS and kirit Amin.According to Amin decleration, that the software installed failed to randomized a trully selection while DOS says computer glitch.Some people see truth as better while lies sweeter.More infos on kirit Amins decleration,www.greencardresults.com or google it out.
 
@ ryan........ That's the dumbest speculation I've ever come across on this forum. I feel if you don''t have the slightest clue about something, it pays to just STFU and not scribble gibberish on here. I can say with utmost certainty that nobody in this forum can explain or knows why %90 winners came from the first and second day of the entry.. So just chill out till July 12, which is like 2 days from now. Whatever the court decision is on July 12 will be binding on July 15.

Two problems with that explanation.
1. There is no limit like that. There is 6K limit for 2-3 countries in DV-2011. Not for all countries. Only for countries with high fraud level.
2. We know for a fact at least several cases when two people A and B submitted in that order in the 5th, but B was selected and A was not.

raevsky, I agree with ur 1st point, but do not agree with ur 2nd point because A did not get selected possibly because his/her picture not conforming to the correct picture specification, thereby, his/her entry got disqualified from the onset!
 
Possible, but some kind of unlikely. We know some cases when A and B are husband and wife, and tried to use the same standards for photos. Probably, prepared photos with the same photo studio
