WHY only 200 ?
Only 200 people signed the lawsuit support petition. What happened to rest of people ? Why is every one scared to say that they approve Rajiv Khanna to represent all the I485 applicants in the lawsuit ? Please don't feel lazy and don't feel scared of little things. BCIS is not going to chase you just because you have signed there. By signing the petition, you are going to chase BCIS to act. Please sign the petition NOW.

Perhaps this sentence that is in the Notes should alleviate anyone's fears.
I understand that this representation in no way interferes with our pending I-485 representation by other attorneys.

u r right...

sometimes it is really upsetting to see very minimal support for a good cause like this.

may be we should just ask uscis to approve those ppl in the lawsuit and whoever signed this and then drop the lawsuit. easiest way out for them. they can approve 200 petitions in <5 days.

in fact, i asked a similar question in the other thread.

I want to sign this petition but it has a mandatory field "Service centre where case is pending". At the moment I'm waiting for my DOL clearance and would be filing for I-485, I-140.
Can I still sign this petition?

Even folks who got approved should sign this petition.

When you sign, you are declaring that you have a pending 485 case. This is stated below the form of the petition, item 3, I believe. Those that have already been approved should not sign.

you can not sign. Only those people, whose I485 is pending, can sign it.

Looks like, signing this petition brings good luck. Please ask your spouses also to sign so that it adds up to the numbers. Their I485 application can be treated as separate one.
 
Duplicates

I just signed the petition for myself and wife.

If you look at the list of people who have signed the list there are several people who have signed multiple times. This is artificially inflating the count.
 
Please do not sign with "unreal" names.

I just noticed someone signed with "Test Test" name. Please sign with real details as doing otherwise may hurt our cause.
