I saw trackers for Sep/Oct/Nov 2002, so I might as well put a tracker for Dec 2002.

However, I would also like to know what each of you think that as per your calculation when do you estimate your case to be approved?

Here are my details - (I find the format, in which I have posted my deails, to be the easiest to read)

It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Last Updated Date on Online Status: 01/06/2003

Estimated Approval Date: within next 3-4 months.

Greenland is working again

Hi:

I got Greenland report to work again. Here is the case status for RD of Dec 27, 2002.

As you can see not much has changed.
 
Here is how you read the number as an example. As of April 1, 04 there are 370 cases with the status of received. By June 15, the number has changed to 362. This means a few of the cases have moved to the resumed or other status in the last month and a half.

The number that I care the most is the approved number. As of now there are only 4 cases received on Dec 27, 2002 are approved. This is less than 1%. I would guess most of these cases may be secondary cases that are derived from some other I-485 applications. At this rate, I would be happy if my case is approved by end of 2004.

Sorry, I won't be able to run the report for 12/02/2002. There is a limitation on how may times I can query the BCIS site in a day

My online portfolio says my case was last updated 12/16/2002, which was probably the mailing of fp notice. BTW, my I-140 was EB1-OR, not filed concurrently and approved sometime in 9/2004.
