why i am not getting IL

why mine IL is late? Any idea please help
My brother and i applied almost same time for citizenship . He got his IL and his intervew is on 25 july 2008. But i am just waiting for interview letter. The only difference in mine case is , i had travel for 60 days outside USA and i am married. Beside he process through attorney but i did myself .Does this makes any difference ? living in co and filed NSC
