Just The Lawyer?
--------------- Lawyer who filed I-485 and you signed G28. If it was filed by past company lawyer and you are working with other company better be in contact with lawyer who filed I-485 or you can change lawyer and hire YOUR lawyer fill up G28 with him and let him update USCIS service center the he represent you. Or you can write to USCIS that XYZ lawyer don’t represent you and you revoke the G28 and any communication in future should be sent to you directly on your address.....… provide the copy of your I-485 and on cover letter write, Date, your Name, I-485 receipt #, A#, DOB and sign it and write your current address send it to service center where your I-485 is pending and out side the envelope write in bold letters: request to revoke G28 with pending I-485. Send it with certified return receipt and keep the copy of letter for your records

Just the applicant?
Or Both

RFE sent to old lawyer!!!

In my case, USCIS sent the RFE to the old lawyer inspite of a G-28 from new lawyer. Calling USCIS won't help.

The old lawyer (who works for old company) is unwilling to share any information either with me or my new lawyer.

What options do I have? Is there a way the new lawyer can get the RFE? Or should I be scheduling an InfoPass appointment right away?

------------ your new lawyer should know how to handle the matter. past lawyer has to give info regarding your I-485

------------ let the lawyer contact USCIS and also the new lawyer
Or should I be scheduling an InfoPass appointment right away?
------------- nothing wrong in doing that
