who is my district director of USCIS

THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL the district office. The only number to call to inquire about any USCIS office is 1800 375 5283 I guess. And predy much the people on the other line has no clue about things.

why would i notify the local office in person or by mail to request to move files from a different local office or district office. That is the fist time I am hearing something like that. (I thought AR11 and calling customer service are enought to change everything)

I apprecite if any of you have citations for my these
  • USCIS district directors list
  • request to transer files from one office to another
