Who can recommend a good lawyer in Miami/Fort Lauderdale?

Hi there,

I am about to start my GC process. I think my employer's lawyer is not very familiar with GC process for TN1 holders. He thinks we need to get a H1 visa and then go for the GC. Could you please recommend a good lawyer in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area?
