I am a day later than you. I am EB2. WAC02-046-5xxxx. ND 11/21/2001. My FBI name check was cleared, but my spouse has not according to the result of the latest congressional inquiry done by a congressman.

All guys! Make an inquiry via 800 number. If it doesn't work or respond, make an appointment to seen an officer of USCIS through Info Pass. You should trigger that some officer touch your application as soon as possible. Your appplications may be in some file rooms. If you do nothing USCIS would not know even your applications are there....
