how about Oct/Nov?

please let me know how many old timers are still frequenting this board


I'm WAC02-076 and while i'm one of the oldest it seems like there still are a lot of nov cases out there/
 
I have no latest news.

I am in the waiting room.

Did my 2nd FP's April 22
Last touch date was May 4
 
well atleast you got second FP here there is no news in last 1 1/2 years. OCT 2001 RD

Still waiting.....just did our 2nd FP's and replied to RFE....hopefully this long wait will end soon......

RFE recvd by BCIS on 28th April'04, touch date changed on 29th and 30th of April'04.
Waiting since then

Last touch date changed to 4/28/04 after IO called on 4/08/04 and said that they are going to pull case for adjudication (according to lawyer).

More than one month passed since "great news"...no changes and I have no idea why it is taking so long.

To all 2001 cases

Right now, it seems that our 2001 cases become abandoned island compared to so many later cases are approved these days. :(

Please keep post our 2001 cases update.

I faxed inquiry on 5/26/04, no change so far.

I just turned 57 in April, but thanks to Viagra i am still hoping that Gloria will call me.
 
i think am the unlucky one n here..!! Mine is wac012... filed in Sept 2001. I think am the oldest one n here. 2 RFE since then. Recent one was 2 mos back. :( Still waiting and waiting....Don't know how long
