Hello,

Sorry for the questions, but I'm getting married to a US citizen in 2 weeks (totally legit marriage for sure)...but as luck would have it, my visa will expire in about 6 weeks. We'll have the I-130 and I-485 forms filled out ASAP the day we get married. Can I legally stay in the US until my green card arrives--even if my original visa has expired?
If the green card takes six months to arrive, hopefully I don't have to leave the country in the meantime?

You are good if you file I 130/ 485, and you can apply for I 131 which is a travel document, which will let you travell during your application bbing processed.

Thanks. If I do not get the advance parole document can I stay in the US
Without any valid visa until the green card comes? Or must I leave the country while waiting?

Thanks in advance!

Advance Parole has nothing to do with staying in the US; it is for reentering the US after foreign travel if you don't have the green card yet.

The pending I-485 will allow you to stay in the US until your green card is approved or denied.
