Which service center to file I-140/I-485?

Recently my LC is approved from California. Because of office locations, I have the options to file EB2 I-140/I-485 concurrently at California, Texas or Vermont. Do you have any suggestions where to file my application?
 
Go by the LC area

Generally you have to file from the service center that is in the same area as the LC so I would say you have to file from CA. If you file from some other place they may transfer ur. case to CA resulting in some delays. Ask ur. Lawyer ?
