I'm planning to apply GC for my parents and have some questions.
1. What kind of Birth certificate is needed as they don’t have any prior birth certificate? Do we need an affidavit from a family member in addition to Birth Certificate because I heard someone getting an RFE that the Birth certificate was issued/registered in 2009?
2. Do they need Mariage certificate also?
3. How much time will it take for both options? Which option is better – CP or I485? Can they travel if it’s CP as they do have 5 yrs visa?
4. Can they travel to India when 485 is filed?
5. I130 and 485 can be filed simultaneously?
6. I heard that they need to wait 60 days after coming to US before applying I130 and 485?
