Which is faster CP or AOS? Which one to choose?

My DV2006 number is 9XXX and according to previous year bulletins is expected to be current in October.
Will CP or AOS be faster?If I already chose AOS, can I call KCC and switch to CP?

I won at DV 2006 to, where do you know about that number 9XXX because I didn't see it on those forms, and where did you find info that told you when it is up for processing. What are the dis atvantages when applying to AOS.Thanks
 
yes, you can switch, I think. Call KCC and ask if there is a procedure.

CP is faster, if you are sure you are getting a visa, and if you have police certificates ready.
