Hello, all,
I am going to apply to remove my conditional gc. I have some documents needed to be notarized. I want to know where I can get my documents notarized. Normally, Where do you guys can it done? Does my husband and I have to be there when they notarize document or just one of us is fine. (my husband is busy with work most of the time). Thanks for all your help.

What needs to be notarized? As far as I remember, nothing should be notarized for I-751. Remember that a notary is not an expert on fraudalent documentation, just someone with a stamp attesting that the document is a copy of the original. What is the purported original is a forgery?

Check with your local banker, expect to pay $10 for the stamp. Bank are swimming in money, but they need yours to pay the bonuses...:D

Wachovia notarizes for free for their clients. However, they will not notarize your signature under a document in a foreign language.... They will also not notarize copies of documents alone. They will, however, notarize your signature on a copy of a document.
