Where to mail N-400?

I am ready to apply for N-400. Where do I mail? Nebraska or regional service center? My regional service center is Vermont.

On the USCIS online N-400 instructions it tells you what service center you would file to according to the state you are in. Note: all military applicants filing under provision 328 or 329 would file to Nebraska

I am planning to mail n-400 soon for my wife and myself. Can I mail two application together or I need to mail them seperately?

yes you can mail them together in one envelope from what I know, but you have to still mail them as two separate sets of files. Meaning two checks, two cover letters etc...
