Do I use the same address to request my GC labor certification approval? For your kind information, my company is located in New Hampshire and my 485 is pending in Vermont.

All FOIA offices are being closed. most of them are closed. you have to sent request to following address.

------------to DOL , but if I-140 is filed and I-485 is pending with VSC then your file is with VSC and it has your LC copy attached in your file and send it to VSC address( they have not closed the FOIA unit read the link:
