Where to file AP?

I'm currently living in California but my 485 application is pending in Texas service center. AP filing instructions[page 7] state I should apply to Nebraska Service centerWhich service center I should apply for AP?...Thanks.

You have to apply at Texas. AP needs to be applied where the I-485 application is pending.

Um...what do you think of that instruction on page 7 which clearly says "If somebody lives in CA, they should apply in NE?

if your I-485 is with TSC then file AP with TSC, if your I-485 was sent to TSC from VSC then write the info on cover letter and can also attach the copy of File transfer notice so that TSC know that your I-485 file is with them. many forms are not updated and for more info talk to your lawyer

As far as I know it goes by where you filed your I-485. Basically While filing the I-485 you have the choice of filing I-485 where you are located or where the company is located. But the Once you file I-485 all the ancellary befits needs be filied to the service center where your I-485 is pending. That is how it used to be. Did you call Customer serivce?

I filed it online. I sent to address mentione on confirmation page which was TSC.
