Where can I check my status with my 13 digits id?

Hello everyone,
I got a recommended approval last month for my asylum case.But I did not receive my final approval.
So someone, do you know how can I check my status online with my id number?
And please give me a website link to check if you know .
I am waiting for my final one.

I have already checked my status.
But I cant find my processing.
I saw the following message.
( Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.)

The only thing you could have checked online would have been an EAD application but since you have been told of a recommended approval, it is moot. Any pending EAD application would have been for an interim benefit for a pending asylum-seeker and it would now be denied. You should have been told when to pick-up your decision or how else to proceed.

When were you told of this recommended approval? Were you told it would be mailed? Did they provide employment authorization?
