Thanks for your message. I heared from my laywer that INS mailroom has problem. They use to hire a company for the mail recept/delivery, then find out they openned some of the mails. So INS are now chnaging another company. Probaby your fiends I-140 amend even does not get to the officer\'s hand.:) They are lucky, hope we too.
