Hi,

If I choose an option "NO" for a section and then below there's a whole section for providing info if you answered "YES" above then do I still have to put "N/A" into those fields?

I would imagine if my answer is "NO" then they already know that all fields for option "YES" are not applicable, right?

For those questions you are referring to, they are worded in such a way to say that you would only answer the fields below the question if you answered YES to it. This follows that if you answer NO, you wouldn't answer the fields below the question.

Yes I get that but should I still write N/A in those fields?

It does not really matter. For example, if you are single and never married, you can write N/A
in the filed of spouse name etc or you can just leave it blank. The sma eapproach for pvesious
spouses. spouses of previosu spouses etc.
