when to start the citixenship process

I am new to this forum, just got my green approval, when is the earliest date to start the citizenship process, one more question, the priority date put by USCIS on my approval notice is feb 21 ,2004 ( which is wrong ,actually it was feb 4, 2004), should it matter in the citizen process or should i get it changed.

After three years if it is marriage based GC and after 5 years for all others. The approval date written in the GC is the time to go with.
