When to apply for Citizenship

I got my GC (employment based GC) about 3 years ago. When can I apply for US citizenship?

If you've been married to USC for last 3 years, then now otherwise in about 2 years provided you have met physical presence and continuous residence requirements.

Thanks guys:
I got my GC via employment about 3.5 years ago. If I marry a US citizen now, can I apply for US citizenship right away? or do I have to wait another 2 years.

Regarding presence in USA, I own a property here, if I go outside of USA for vacations for few weeks, then would it count against me?

You have to be married to teh same US citizen for 3 years to apply. So even if you marry today, you will not be abloe to use it for citizenship purpose because you can pplay in 1.5 years anyway

You have to be married to USC for at least 3 years as an LPR to be eligible to apply under 3 year rule.

As for vacations, they count against your physical presence during statutory period. They count against continuous residence only if they are long and/or excessive.
