When they reject they stamp our passport with any marks in that!!!!

Hi Ginnu,

When they reject the GC app they put stamp in the passport saying GC is rejected like that....

I have another question for all?????

If we activate the EAD (with company A and moved to company B after 180 days working on EAD with company B)and at the same time can we proceed with the new labour and 140 with company B for future employment?
Once we activated the EAD can we go for a new peocessing of GC with company B?(I am asking this recently INSCA rejected some cases after 180 days move to another company).If I am wrong please correct me???

When they reject the GC app they put stamp in the passport saying GC is rejected like that....
------- they will send letter to you or your lawyer that your AOS or I-485 is denied or may sent a letter that they INTENT to Deny your I-485, then your lawyer has to answer.
Nothing of Passport stamp, but it will go to your records in INS/BCIS computer

--- Yes you can file new LC through company B and if I-140 for B is approved before your I-485 is adjucated your I-140 of B can be used for pending I-485.

----- What is the reason you think your I-485 will be denied? Why are you worried? If you write the clear case details then it is easy to give you a correct answer.

No I do not have any problems like that.Just I am thinking of If and BUTs that's all.But I appreciate u r answers.
