When they reject the GC app they put stamp in the passport saying GC is rejected like that....
I have another question for all?????
If we activate the EAD (with company A and moved to company B after 180 days working on EAD with company B)and at the same time can we proceed with the new labour and 140 with company B for future employment?
Once we activated the EAD can we go for a new peocessing of GC with company B?(I am asking this recently INSCA rejected some cases after 180 days move to another company).If I am wrong please correct me???
