Hi,

I'm a little confused and I'm hoping someone can help me here. I'm in my third year of H1B visa and want to apply for the green card. With all the news about the Backlog Processing Center, I'm wondering if I should apply for my green card now or should I wait until next year when everything is processed at the National Center. Also does the regional office still have anything to say at all if I file for my green card next year? Thanks for your help.

apply now EB2!!!

Is he qualified for EB2? Does his job qualify for EB2? Is he from a country that would be affected by EB3 retrogression? One size does not fit all.

However, the first part I wholeheartedly agree with. Now is always the best time to apply for a GC.

Thanks for all the reply. I'm from Vietnam and have only a BS degree with no previous experience. And I'm working in the computer industry. Could you guys tell me if I should file for EB2 or EB3? My lawyer told me that I should wait until next year because I don't have much experience. Hopefully, there would be new laws that is a little bit lenient about the the job experience.
