When exactly Can I apply for Citizenship?

"Cafeconleche" my case should be pretty straight forward, no arrests and just been out of the country twice for not more than 2 weeks each trip. Like people said 90 days before, that comes out to be June 6th, so if i can send the app around that date and it takes about four days to get there, I should be good right.

this calculation will be applied if you are not travel abroad more then 6 months in a single trip or have not leave out side of US for more then 30 months in total of your several trips (If you had during this 5 years period).

It's required maximum of 30 months and 1 day to stay in US during this 5 years time (Physical presence)
And,
Its also required not to exceeded the limit of 6 months living outside of US in a single trip(Continious Residence).
