When Ead Will Approve??

I have applied for EAD renewal and Receipt date is Apr 7.
Cuurent EAD is expiring in 4th week of June.

Do you think before that I will get renewal? My wifte's EAD already got approved on May 23 as dependent.

My EAD - 3/11

Not to dissappoint you, My EAD was filed on 3/11 but i havent received an approval yet. I dont know what the heck is happenning with these stuff.
If your local BCIS Office issues EADs then after 90days you can go there and get one.

How much time(Approx) it usually take to get the Physical Card after it gets approved. My current EAD is going to Expire in 28th Aug.

My current EAD expires on July 8th.
In VSC,
04/09 - My application for EAD Renewal received (EAC-03-145-)
05/27 - EAD Renewal approved
06/07 - Approval Notice mailed (may be with new EAD card?)
??/?? - Received Approval Notice

All these status were updated on BCIS online status site.

priyabrata , congrats on getting urs and ur wife's EAD/AP approved! my RD and ND for EAD is the same as yours - still waiting for approval though. Please post here when you get the actual card. What did the estimate on your 765 receipt say as to the number of days? Did it come earlier than that?

EAD and Advance Parole Approval

My EAD got approved as per the receipt notice. It says it might take between 30 to 90 days for EAD and 30 to 60 days for Advance Parole.

Don't worry you will get it soon. I'll update the site, once i get the Physical Card.
 
Got the EAD cards today, exactly after 61 days after RD.

This extension card is valid from the next day my current one expires.

So calculate ur dates!:D
 
venqui what service center? Today it is 53 days past my ND and still no approval:( hopefully soon ! Mine is at VSC.
 
EAD received but no AP

Has anybody been in this situation.

The RDs for EAD and AP were 3/31

Received EAD in the mail yesterday.

AP however is nowhere to be seen, online still says app received and its taking 30 to 60 days.

Called up the Natl Svc Center guy and guess what he tells me "As per the website your case is not approved yet, why don't you write to Vermont and find out, here's the address"

Is this for real ? They have an 800 number with someone who will check the status on the same website as the rest of us normal folk ? The hell kind of service is that ??
