Thanks for the info.
Do yo know when can a family based GC holder (not employment based) apply for the citizenship?
Sometime back, I heard an attorney on a news channel saying that the citizenship application can be filed upto 6 months in advance prior to the 5 year period. Please share your knowledge.
And is this info listed somewhere I can read?
Thanks.

Thanks.
suriyan said:You can possibly get your driving record by filling up some forms at the DMV/RMV. But, I think that is limited to 3 to 5 years, depending on the state.

How to check the online status of the application. The check ($400) was cashed out by INS on May 10, 2006 but there has been no correspondence by INS yet.
Could you also explain what the following acronym stand for?
1. DO: SFO>>District office
2. NOA Date>> Notice of Action
3. FP Received: Mar 13th 2006>>FingerPrint
Thanks in advance.
